Hello, I was wondering, if we go by an October / November 2008 Waves India -- titled MEGAOVERSOLD Markets. In that, i guess the main point was that after such oversold markets, there shall be 1 or 2 years of trading opportunity .. that should point to B wave .. right ?. Regards, |

Dear Samant, http://www.or-phe-us.com/orpheus/page.php?tabid=2&categ_id=427 Yes this is what we said on 5 Nov 2008 "Markets have reached a megaoversold status first time in last 10 years. What does this mean? This means that 60% drop may not be the end of the BEAR. And since market has a limit to where it can drop down. What might happen now is a large trading range." We maintain that Sensex could be in for a large trading range. This is why swings on both sides can not be ruled out. We saw a swing up from March low. This is a preferred A for us and should be followed by preferred B. Correctives are always choppy and offer multiple entry and exits. We will keep you posted. Trade Safe |
