Channels.India - Infosys - Anticipated and happened

SUMMARY: DLF DAILY (DLF) Prices are retesting key resistances at psychological 400 levels for the third time. The more times a resistance is retested, the likelier it is to break. Performance cycles are bottoming and suggest further outperformance of DLF in the weeks ahead. HDFC DAILY (HDFC) The current sideways action looks like a w-x-y corrective structure which should resolve higher. Key supports lie at 2,560 levels. Performance cycles are also heading to a bottom. ICICI BANK DAILY (ICBK) We continue to look at this as a corrective sideways structure which should resolve higher. Performance cycles are heading towards a performance bottom. TCS DAILY (TCS) Prices completed the minor impulse up and turned back from anticipated resistances at 770 levels. TCS and INFOSYS pair performance cycles suggest further outperformance of INFOSYS against TCS. INFOSYS DAILY (INFY) ANTICIPATED AND HAPPENED Prices are pushing higher to complete the minor impulse up. Performance cycles are still topping and do not rule out an extension of the fifth wave up till key resistances at 2,720 levels. HAPPENED.

‘Performance cycles’ is a term coined by Orpheus Capitals. This is another name for time triads, time arbitrage, time fractals but expressed in terms of relative performance. It’s a bounded oscillator that moves from 1 to 30. 1 is top relative performance and 30 is worst performance. The idea is that performance is cyclical. A top performer will underperform in future and vice versa. A top relative performer is also the worst value pick and the top relative underperformer is the best value pick.
